Spectators attending the Catasauqua verses Palmerton High School football game on Friday, Oct. 18, will enjoy some halftime activities, as members of the 2013 Catasauqua High School homecoming court will be announced. Let's all make sure they receive a nice round of applause.

There are still some 2013 Catasauqua Rough Riders football shirts available for sale in the CHS Athletic Office. Short-sleeved shirts are $15 and long-sleeved are $20. If you have not picked one up, stop by the athletic office today.

High school volunteers are needed to serve as waiters and waitresses at the Catasauqua Lion's Club pancake and sausage breakfast fundraiser at the Applebee's on Catasauqua Road, 8-10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26. If you are interested in signing up to volunteer, see Mr. Snyder in the guidance office.

Congratulations to CHS Head Football Coach Tom Falzone on the team's 40th win under his leadership at his alma mater. He charted this landmark win at Friday's game against Bangor High School.
