To the Editor:
Public schools are requiring students to wear uniforms. Uniforms are an unacceptable idea.
Everyone is supposed to be different in the world, but not everyone can be different if everyone looks the same.
Wearing your own clothes shows who you are and what you like. For example, in art class students are taught to be creative. Students cannot be creative if they all look alike.
Everything would be drab if we look the same.
There are an abundant amount of people that agree with me; 22 out of 22 people in my English class said they do not want uniforms to crush their creative side.
Schools should not make students wear uniforms.
