Control of alarm devices

QPSI, Inc., 7570 Industrial Parkway, Lower Macungie Township, was charged with multiple violations of control of alarm devices and automatic dialing devices after four alarms allegedly sounded at the business in the last two months. According to police, three alarms are permitted within a 12-month period. Charges filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Terroristic threats

Reported by a 27-year-old female, of Emmaus, in the 4700 block of Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, someone posted threatening messages directed to her on Facebook Sept. 26. The incident remains under investigation.

Public drunkenness

Jason Richard Heacock, 31, of Macungie, was accused of allegedly being drunk in public in the 6700 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:24 p.m. Oct. 5. Charges to be filed in District Court 31-3-02.
