Sacred Heart Healthcare System has announced that Andrew Unger, M.D., has joined the organization as Chair of Pediatrics and Neonatology Services.

Dr. Unger received a medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.A. from Columbia University. Unger did his internship and residency in pediatrics at Arizona Health Sciences Center, Tucson, and his fellowship in the division of Neonatology at the University of California Davis Campus, Sacramento.

Unger previously worked at St. Luke's Hospital as Chief of Neonatology and Director of St. Luke's Infant A.L.T.E-Sleep Apnea Clinic.
