The Allentown Public Library, 1210 Hamilton St., Allentown, will be offering a monthly knitting club 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 19 at the library.
Knitters with a lifetime of knitting and needlework experience, can teach others a stitch or two.
In return, newer knitters can teach others some contemporary patterns and cutting-edge techniques.
It is creative, relaxing, and a great way to meet new people.
Other needlework crafts would be welcome. Register at the reference desk if you would be interested in joining the group.
