Allentown Band will be celebrating 50 years with its annual holiday dinner and concert 7-9 p.m. Nov. 26 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, I-78 and Route 100, Fogelsville.

This event is a great opportunity to meet and greet John Philip Sousa IV, the great-grandson of the legendary bandmaster.

A special book singing of his latest book "John Philip Sousa's America" is scheduled 6-7 p.m.

Baritone Chet Brown will also join the band for some seasonal favorites.

Deadline for reservations is Oct. 25.
