Attempted theft
Reported in the 1700 block of Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 4:58 a.m. Sept. 25, unknown actors jacked onto blocks an Acura brand vehicle and removed the lug nuts from all of the tires. While the unknown actors were removing the tires, the car fell onto the blocks, causing the frame of the car to collapse. The unknown actors fled the scene and nothing was reported missing.

DUI
Anthony Confronti Jr., 20, of Old Forge, Lackawanna County, was accused of driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Cedar Crest Boulevard at Interstate 78, Salisbury Township, 2:10 a.m. Sept. 13. Confronti allegedly showed signs of intoxication due to use of controlled substances and alcohol.
Michelle M. Beck, 44, of Macungie, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic accident in the 2700 block of State Route 100 North, Lower Macungie Township, 7:15 p.m. Sept. 28. Beck was northbound when she allegedly left the road to the right and struck trees and bushes. A state trooper responding to the accident noticed Beck allegedly showed signs of intoxication and placed her under arrest. Beck was transported to Lehigh Valley Health Network, Cedar Crest, where an evaluation and legal blood draw took place. Charges are pending.
Bradley Kendall, 32, of Lebanon, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Brookside Road, northbound, north of East Texas Road, 1:37 a.m. Sept. 29. Kendall allegedly showed signs of intoxication at the traffic stop. Kendall was processed and released.
Burglary
Reported in the 7000 block of Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors broke into a home and took various items, including a 52-inch television, a laptop computer and jewelry, between 7 a.m. and 3:25 p.m. Oct. 1.

Criminal mischief
Reported by a resident in the 2400 block of Danfield Way, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a front bumper of a vehicle between 6 p.m. Sept. 19 and 6 a.m. Sept. 20.
Harassment
Claudia Kate Estrada, no age or address given, was charged with harassment and criminal mischief after she allegedly punched, grabbed and pulled by the hair a woman at a residence in the 7300 block of Periwinkle Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 12:45 p.m. Sept. 23. Estrada then allegedly vandalized an office at the home, tipping over shelving, filing cabinets and a table.
Drug possession
Dale Durrell Hoffman III, 20, of Alburtis, and a 16-year-old male, also of Alburtis, were accused of drug possession after a traffic stop along Route 100 at Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:25 p.m. Aug. 24. An odor of burnt marijuana was emanating from the vehicle and marijuana and drug paraphernalia allegedly were found in the vehicle.
Retail theft
Megan Alana Day, 28, of Allentown, was arrested and charged with retail theft after she allegedly took $80.17 worth of cosmetics from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6 p.m. Sept. 28. Day allegedly placed the items in her purse and attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Charges were filed at District Court 31-3-02.
George Wayne Haas, 40, of Trexlertown, was cited for retail theft after he allegedly took several items from store shelves and placed them in his pockets at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:51 p.m. Sept. 21. Haas allegedly tried to leave the store without paying for the items.
A 35-year-old Allentown woman was taken into custody for retail theft after she allegedly walked through Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, selecting and concealing merchandise 2:32 p.m. Sept. 22. Loss Prevention personnel stopped the woman when she allegedly tried to leave the store without paying for the items.
Nicole Marie Decembrino, 19, of Fleetwood, and Courtney Lynn Richards, 19, of Hereford, were confronted by Loss Prevention personnel at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:25 p.m. Sept. 22, after they allegedly placed various merchandise into a purse and left the store without paying for the items. The women allegedly admitted to the theft. Charges to be filed in district court.
Anthony Francis Amato, Sr., 57, of Mertztown, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly took one tire from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:19 p.m. Sept. 16. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was accused of retail theft after he allegedly removed $23 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:25 p.m. Sept. 28. The teen allegedly fled from Loss Prevention personnel into the store parking lot. Charges to be filed.
Lindsay Ann Borgman, 30, of Macungie, was accused of retail theft after she allegedly took $78 worth of cosmetics from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:45 a.m. Oct. 2. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Theft
Reported by Federal Home Loan Mortgage, Inc., of Carlton, Texas, unknown actors took a shed from a foreclosed property in the 4300 block of Windfield Street, Upper Milford Township, between 7 p.m. Sept. 25 and 7 p.m. Sept. 26.
