Moore Elementary School will be honoring local veterans and active duty military personnel at it's second annual Veterans Day ceremony Monday, Nov. 11.

Moore is currently looking for veterans and active duty military men and women interested in talking with small groups of children.

Smile! Tuesday, Oct. 8, is fall picture day for students at the Borough's Siegfried Elementary building.

All students will have their pictures taken, but purchasing the photos is optional.

Students will be bringing home more information for parents to review.

The middle school PTA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 6 p.m. at Northampton Area Middle School.

Northampton Area School District PTA Council will hold its meeting Thursday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. at the Northampton Area High School.
