Minstrelaires present 'Country Jamboree'
The Macungie Minstrelaires will present "Country Jamboree" at Lower Macungie Middle School. Show times are 8 p.m. Oct. 25, 26 and Nov. 1 and 2. Matinees are at 2 p.m. Oct. 26 and Nov. 2. Part of this year's proceeds will benefit the Keystone Wounded Warriors.

The Lower Lehigh Lions Club will sponsor the annual Macungie Halloween Parade starting 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at Main and Buttonwood streets. The rain date is Nov. 2.
Parade entries must be received before Oct. 12. Entrants and spectators are reminded no political signs are permitted in the parade; skateboards, mini bikes, bicycles and ATVs are only permitted as part of a float. There should be no open fires, alcoholic beverages, corn throwing or silly string.
