The fall season has arrived with many appealing indoor events to replace outdoor activities enjoyed during the summer.

On Sept. 28, the Women's Cafe group of Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, will serve a pork and sauerkraut dinner, 4-7 p.m., in the Family Life Center.

Menu includes pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, applesauce, rolls, dessert and beverages.

Take-out will be available. Save a dollar by purchasing tickets in advance.

The Schnecksville Fire Company will have its first all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast of the season in the main hall from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Sept. 29.

The meal includes eggs, ham, sausage, creamed dried beef, pancakes, home fries, toast, fruit and beverages.

Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, will have its annual basket social Oct. 2 , in fellowship hall.

Doors open 5:30 p.m. Social begins at 7 p.m. Tickets include 25 chances per sheet. Food and drinks will be for sale.
