Hit and run

A person attending a football game at Salisbury High School reported 5:44 p.m. Sept. 15 an unknown person hit the rear driver's side tailgate of their vehicle.

Theft

A resident in the 3400 block of Eisenhower Avenue reported 2:31 p.m. Sept. 15 the theft of a battery from a camper valued at $60.

A resident in the 1500 block of Hausman Avenue reported 10:05 a.m. Sept. 18 an unknown person removed a PPL electric meter from the home causing $400 worth of damage to the base.

Starbucks, 3170 Lehigh St., Allentown, reports an unknown person removed a one-pound bag of coffee 2 p.m. Sept. 19 valued at $10.

Public drunkenness

A homeowner in the 1500 block of Seidersville Road came home 2:21 a.m. Sept. 15 to find a 20-year-old male DeSales student from New Jersey passed out in a recliner in the living room. He will be cited for underage drinking.

Retail theft

Andre Barbosa, 31, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly taking items into a changing room at Schuylkill Valley Sports, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, 2:02 p.m. Sept. 15 and leaving without purchasing the items. Barbosa was taken to Central Booking.

An unknown man removed a large amount of Polo brand clothing from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, 7:42 p.m. Sept. 16. He removed clothing valued at between $500 and $600. Currently video is being reviewed and the incident is under investigation.

Daisy Hill Market, 1848 E. Susquehanna St., Allentown, reports on Sept. 7, four juveniles took energy drinks, put them in their pockets and exited the store without paying. The drinks were valued at $20.

Assault

Joshua Meitzler, 33, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault and harassment after an alleged domestic disturbance 10:16 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1400 block of Susquehanna Street. He was taken to Central Booking.

Burglary

Brian Walbert, 29, of Whitehall, has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving after allegedly removing various items from Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley, 1255 S. Cedar Crest Blvd, 9:09 a.m. Sept. 17.

An unknown person entered a home in the 1500 block of Butz Lane 11:10 a.m. Sept. 19 and removed copper from the baseboards and basement.

Forgery/counterfeiting

Daisy Hill Market, 1848 E. Susquehanna St., Allentown, reports an unknown person presented a fake $20 bill 10:45 a.m. Sept. 18.

Theft from vehicle

A resident in the 900 block of Belford Road reported 8:30 a.m. Sept. 19 an unknown person broke the passenger side front window of a vehicle and removed a purse valued at $20, $10 cash and a pair of $300 Coach sunglasses. The purse was recovered later in the backyard of a neighboring home.

A resident in the 2900 block of Edgemont Court reported 5:10 a.m. Sept. 19 a vehicle on the property was broken into, the driver's side door was open, the vehicle was trashed and a purse containing credit cards was missing.
