Theft
A resident in the 900 block of East Emmaus Avenue reports the theft of a scrap chain link fence 4:52 p.m. Aug. 30.
A patient at Lehigh Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, 1251 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., reports an heirloom necklace missing after surgery 10:50 a.m. Sept. 11. The patient allegedly gave the necklace to a staff member to give to her father and her father said he never received the necklace.
DUI
Shari Patterson, 48, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after she allegedly left the scene of an accident 4:25 p.m. Aug. 31 along the 1700 block of Keystone Road. Patterson was taken to Central Booking after being issued field sobriety tests.
Mayra Deleon, 43, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop 3:04 a.m. Sept. 7 along the 3200 block of Lehigh Street. Deleon was taken to Central Booking.
Brian Griffin, 43, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop 2:03 a.m. Sept. 9 along the 3300 block of Lehigh Street. He was taken to Central Booking.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 1700 block of Cardinal Drive reported 10:05 a.m. Sept. 6 damage to siding on the home.
Assault
Marc Bayout, 30, of Allentown, was charged with domestic violence, simple assault and harassment 5:09 a.m. Sept. 7 after an alleged incident in the 1800 block of Stratford Court. Bayout was taken to Central Booking.
Disorderly conduct
Matthew Rompilla, 25, of Quakertown, and Matthew Zehnder, 25, of Allentown, were charged with summary disorderly conduct 9:23 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 2500 block of Church Street.
Sandor Meszaros, 79, of Bethlehem, was charged with allegedly removing a bottle of hairspray valued at $4.43 from the Lehigh Valley Health Network pharmacy 3:20 p.m. Sept. 11. He was cited through the mail for disorderly conduct.
Retail theft
Victoria's Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, reported the theft of bras 12:15 p.m. Sept. 9 valued at $2,013.
Victoria's Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, reported the theft of bras 8:25 a.m. Sept. 10 valued at $1,346.
Burglary
A resident in the 1600 block of Seidersville Road reported 10:30 a.m. Sept. 9 the theft of a large glass jar containing change valued at $300.
Illegal dumping
A resident in the 800 block of East Federal Street said 10:30 a.m. Sept. 12, an unknown person continues to dump their trash on his property. The last items placed on his property were a television and carpet padding.
