Elizabeth "Betty" B. Kline, 88, of Walnutport, died Aug. 31, 2013, in her home. She was the wife of Wilbur "Bill" J. Kline for 70 years.

Born In Treichlers, she was a daughter of the late Newberry C. and Dorothy (Burkhardt) Stever.

She was a 1942 graduate of the Northampton High School.

She was a sales associate for Northampton Coin and Jewelry for 20 years, retiring in 2000.

She was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Moore Township, Bath.

She was a Northampton High School Band Booster supporter for more than 20 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Linda A. and her husband John McKenzie with whom she resided, and Sandy L. widow of David L. Howell of Northampton; five grandchildren, John, Jim, Meagan, Seth and Sarah; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-grandson on the way.
