Paul Kane, .Vice President Underwriting, Independence Blue Cross, Philadelphia, is the speaker for "Healthcare in the Workplace: ethical issues in the federal reform," a Forum for Ethics in the Workplace breakfast, 7:30 a.m. Sept. 12, DeSales University Center, Center Valley, Upper Saucon Township.

There will be a buffet breakfast, discussions based on the keynote address and a book sale and signing following the event.
