It's almost time for the 2013-14 school year to begin at Sheckler Elementary.

The first day for students will be on Monday, Aug. 26. This will be a full school day.

If you are wondering if there is anything your child may need for the school year, supply lists for each grade level are posted on Sheckler's Facebook page.

If you have access to the Internet, just sign onto Facebook and go on to Sheckler Elementary School's site. "Like" the page to have access to all of Sheckler's posts throughout the year.

School will be closed Friday, Aug. 30, and on Monday, Sept. 2, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Regularly scheduled classes will resume Sept. 3.
