Lucille R. Held, 90, of Allentown, died Aug. 3, 2013, in her home surrounded by her family.

She was the widow of Norman L. Held Jr.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William and Beatrice (Romig) Reinhard.

She was a telephone operator for the former Bell Telephone for 31 years before retiring in 1985.

She was an active of member Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, serving as a Sunday School teacher, member of the Care Team, and office helper for many years.

She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and volunteered for the former ABVI.

Her survivors include a son, Mark N. and wife, Linda, of Allentown; Daughter Norma L., wife of Gary Visnar of Schnecksville; grandsons Andrew, Adam, Philip, Nicholas and Brendan; and great-grandson Benjamin.

She was predeceased by a sister, Christine R. Wickel.

Her funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Aug. 8, in Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441Devonshire Road, Allentown.

Her viewing will be 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the church.

Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Allentown.
