Theft from vehicle
A resident in the 800 block of S. Glenwood Street reported 8:30 a.m. July 19 an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a GPS unit valued at $100.
A resident in the 800 block of Williams Street reported 8:40 a.m. July 19 an unknown person entered an unlocked Honda Accord and removed $5 in change.
A resident along West Pine Street reported 12:28 p.m. July 19 an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a small amount of change.
A resident in the 3600 block of Salisbury Hills Drive reported 1:28 p.m. July 19 an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed $20 in change.
A resident in the 2000 block of Wells Court reported 3 p.m. July 19 an unknown person entered an unlocked Acura and removed $5 in change.
A resident in the 1900 block of Box Elder Road reported an unknown person removed an iPod and cash from an unlocked vehicle 3:22 p.m. July 25.
A resident in the 1000 block of Debbie Lane reported 10 a.m. July 29 an unknown person removed a gold cross and gold chain worth $100.
A resident in the 900 block of Beverly Drive reported 10:16 a.m. July 29 an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed $3.
A resident in the 2800 block of Andrea Drive reported 4:23 a.m. July 29 a family member observed people rummaging through their vehicles. A day planner was reported missing from an unlocked vehicle.
A resident in the 2700 block of Andrea Drive reported an unknown person removed five CDs, $10 in change, a small Swiss army knive and an LED flashlight 3:23 p.m. July 30.
A resident in the 2800 block of Sweetbriar Court reported 8:17 p.m. July 31 an unknown person removed a small amount of change from an unlocked vehicle.
Assault
Jeffrey Disko, 32, of Salisbury was charged with simple assault and harassment 2:24 a.m. July 29 following an alleged disturbance in the 400 block of Yeker Farm Lane. He was taken to Central Booking.
Attempted burglary
A resident in the 500 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 1:11 p.m. July 29 an unknown person damaged and opened a shed door; nothing is missing at this time.
Identity theft
A resident in the 900 block of East Tioga Street reported 4:05 p.m. July 26 unauthorized charges on a credit card, one of which for $179.99 to Palm Beach Jewelers and another charge to Domino's Pizza. Police are investigating.
Vehicle theft
A gray 2013 Subaru Crosstrek was removed from a home in the 900 block of College Avenue 6:25 a.m. July 29. The case has been forwarded to the Auto Theft Task Force.
Animal case
A rabid raccoon was reported 6:45 p.m. July 28 in the 1600 block of East Emmaus Avenue. The animal was not found.
Criminal trespass
James Ochse, 58, of Salisbury, was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief 6:19 p.m. July 28 after an alleged incident in the 400 block of East Lynnwood Street. He was taken to Central Booking.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 400 block of East Lynnwood Street reported 6:19 p.m. July 28 a driver's side window of a truck was shattered. Nothing was removed from the truck.
A vehicle at Scott's Mazda/Volvo, 3209 Lehigh St. was broken into via a smashed window 7:52 a.m. July 29. The unknown person attempted to open a small briefcase in the vehicle. Damage to the vehicle was $157 plus installation.
A resident in the 800 block of South Elizabeth Street reported 6:37 a.m. July 31 an unknown person shattered a passenger side window to enter the vehicle; nothing was removed.
Attempted theft
A resident in the 1000 block of Debbie Lane reported an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle. Nothing is reported missing.
Theft
A resident in the 2000 block of Wells Court reported 11:52 a.m. July 19 an unknown person removed an old air conditioner in the driveway.
A resident in the 700 block of Tioga Street reported 1:15 p.m. July 22 an unknown person removed a 1 foot by 2 foot concrete Buddha statue from the home.
Burglary
A resident in the 700 block of East Tioga Street reported 9 a.m. July 20, an unknown person damaged two vehicles by pouring an unknown solvent on them which peeled the paint.
Retail theft
The Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., reported the theft of 35 to 40 watches from a display case 8 p.m. July 23. There is video of the three individuals involved and the police investigation continues.
