Schnecksville couple

celebrates golden anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bloss of Schnecksville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends July 14 at a chicken barbecue picnic at the Copeechan Fish and Game Club, Schnecksville, North Whitehall Township.

They were married July 6, 1963, by the Rev. George Allen in Indianland United Church of Christ, Cherryville, Lehigh Township.

Kenneth retired from Billig Trucking, Inc., Upper Macungie Township.

Carol retired from Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit, Schnecksville.

They are the parents of Cheryl, wife of David Lamm, both of Schnecksville, and Keith, husband of Carol, both of Schnecksville.

They have three grandchildren: Elizabeth, Stephen and Devin.
