Team Capital Bank has announced the following personnel changes:

Kathleen Betz, of Whitehall, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and IT Manager. Betz, one of the bank's first employees, joined Team Capital in 2005 and oversees the bank's technology infrastructure.

MeganMarie Gaspar has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Human Resource Officer. MeganMarie joined Team Capital Bank in 2009 to lead the Human Resources department. She is a resident of Whitehall.

John Andronis has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Credit Administration Officer. The Wescosville resident joined Team Capital Bank in 2007 and has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience. He continues to assist in the management of the credit quality of the bank.

Team Capital Bank opened in 2005 and has 12 banking offices in Allentown, Bethlehem, Doylestown, and Newtown, and West Orange, Far Hills, Somerville, Flemington, Clinton, and Phillipsburg, N.J.
