The Swain School is now accepting registrations for its summer sports camps, open to all children in the community. Programs are offered on Swain's 20-acre campus at 1100 S. 24th St., Allentown, in Salisbury Township.
Nine sports camps will be offered, including those for basketball, running, field hockey, dance, soccer and lacrosse. Swain's coaches will staff the camps; grades are for fall 2013.
ŸCoed soccer: grades three to eight, 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 5 through 8
ŸGirls basketball: grades four through nine, 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 5 through 8
ŸCoed dance: grades two through nine, 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 5 through 8
ŸField hockey: grades four through nine, 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 12 through 15
ŸCoed lacrosse: grades four through nine, 1 to 4 p.m. Aug. 12 through 15
ŸBoys basketball: grades four through nine, 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 19 through 22
ŸCoed running camp: grades three to eight, 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 19 through 22
Camp fees apply and include registration, snacks and a T-shirt. All information and the registration form are available at www. swain.org/summer.
