Justin Foster, 27, of Emmaus, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after being stopped for alleged traffic violations in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street just after midnight June 23.

Burglary

Reported by a resident at Mill Run Apartments, an X-Box game system and games were taken from an unlocked apartment June 25.

Reported in the 200 block of North Seventh Street, a back door was kicked in and food items were taken sometime overnight June 23.

Reported at Joe's Pizza II, 578 Chestnut St., an unknown actor threw a large rock through the front door and stole money and food items July 5.

Theft

Reported by a resident of South Tenth Street, a license plate was stolen from a vehicle sometime in June.

Attempted burglary

Reported at a residence in the 900 block of Chestnut Street, an unknown actor pried open a door but is not believed to have gained entry overnight June 24.
