Two new staff members have joined Barry Isett & Associates, an engineering firm headquartered in Allentown.
Katherine Lucy Paretti, EIT, an electrical engineer, is working in the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering Department.
She was previously employed by Brinjac Engineering, Allentown, and is a 2009 graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Paretti resides in Allentown.
She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and is an advisor for the Northeast Region of the Alpha Omega Epsilon Sorority.
Christopher R. Funk II, a 2011 graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania who received a Bachelor of Science in Geology, has joined the Environmental Department. He is a resident of Allentown.
Funk is pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Science at Drexel University. He is a 2012 recipient of Drexel University's Dean's Fellowship, which is accorded to outstanding applicants.
Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. is a 100-member firm with in-house capabilities in surveying, civil, traffic, water-waste water, municipal, structural, environmental, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as landscape architecture, grant writing, code consultation and construction services.
In addition to Allentown, the company has Pennsylvania offices in Phoenixville and Hazleton and a branch in Phillipsburg, N.J.
