DUI
Corrinia Rismiller, 40, of Alburtis, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription drugs after police received a report of an erratic driver in the area of State Route 100 and Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:29 p.m. May 19. Police made contact with Rismiller, the alleged driver, on Main and Penn streets in Alburtis where she allegedly showed signs of being impaired by prescription drugs. Charges are pending.
Jonathan Jennings, 18, of Mount Bethel, Pa., was charged with allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, after a traffic stop on Interstate 78 eastbound at mile marker 61.5, Upper Saucon Township, 12:57 a.m. May 20.
Simple assault
Ann Marie Haines, 41, is accused of attempting to poison two people in the 4700 block of Yorkshire Dr., Lower Macungie Township, 8:30 p.m. May 14, after allegedly placing crushed medication in a meal and allegedly threatening to hurt the pair when they went to sleep that night.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 4800 block of Meadow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported unknown actors broke a security light with an unknown object sometime between May 7 and 9. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
A resident in the 4700 block of Hale Lane, Upper Milford Township, discovered her front door open after she woke up the morning of May 15. No items were stolen and no signs of forced entry were found. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Reported in the 1300 block of Country Club Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:50 p.m., May 18, unknown actors in the area of the Shepherd Hills golf course shot a BB gun toward the rear window of a residence. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Reported along Pine Grove Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between 3 and 3:30 a.m. May 3, an unknown actor scratched a vehicle and created five puncture marks in a foam gardening seat using an unknown object. Theft
A resident in the 5800 block of Burning Tree Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor took a package from the front door of the home sometime between April 21 and April 30. The package was delivered by United Parcel Service.
A resident in the 4800 block of Meadow View Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported four copper planters stolen between 2:15 p.m. April 29 and 7 a.m. April 30. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Retail theft
Alyssa Lee Garcia, 23, of Breinigsville, is accused of allegedly taking multiple items from Walmart, 1091 Millcreek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:55 p.m. May 20. Garcia was apprehended by loss prevention at the store.
Attempted burglary
Reported in the 1600 block of Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between May 19 and 20, an unknown actor tried to pry open a garage door of a home. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police - Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Theft from Motor Vehicle
Reported in the 6400 block of Sweetbriar Lane, Upper Milford Township, overnight May 19, an unknown actor went into an unlocked vehicle and took a wallet and GPS unit from a vehicle then fled.
Theft
Reported in the 7000 block of Hearth Lane, Lower Macungie Township, two wicker chairs were taken from a front porch and two hanging flower baskets removed from one residence and four hanging baskets taken from a second residence overnight May 20. Possession with intent to deliver
Kelsey Byess, 22, of Addyston, Ohio, Demetrius Deshawn Overstreet, 24, of Cincinnatti, Ohio and George Yancey, 26, of Ironton, Ohio, were charged with alleged possession with intent to deliver after a traffic stop 11:52 p.m. May 20 on Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 58.8, Salisbury Township. A search warrant was executed by the police and approximately eight pounds of marijuana was seized.
Attempted theft from motor vehicle
Reported by a resident in the 3000 block of Clauss Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 1:53 a.m. May 21, a 23-year-old black male opened an unlocked car door of a parked vehicle, searched through the vehicle and attempted to take unknown items. He was interrupted by a relative of the resident of the house and fled the area in a tan sedan.
False alarm
Lafayette Ambassador Bank, 1995 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:03 p.m. May 16 was cited for allowing a fourth false alarm in a 12-month period.
