May 23 was Western Salisbury Elementary School night at the Emmaus Avenue at Mack Boulevard branch of Rita's Italian Ice outlet. A percentage of the product sales between 5 and 8 p.m. from patrons who identified themselves as affiliated with WSE was designated for the WSE PTA to be used for such things as field trips and other causes.
