Theft

Nathan Eisenhard, 33, of Allentown, was arrested May 23 on five counts of burglary, criminal tresspass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property beginning December 2012 through May. Eisenhard was allegedly involved in the removal of copper piping from four homes in Salisbury.

Assault

Miriam Morales, 29, of Allentown, allegedly assaulted a man in his car 3:55 pm. May 9 in the 1600 block of Susquehanna Street. She was taken to Central Booking and released; the victim did not seek medical treatment.

Stephen Pilon, 51, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly assaulting a victim on Byfield Street 5:19 p.m. May 13. Pilon allegedly was sitting on his porch when he told a 46-year-old male driver to slow down as someone was about to back out of their driveway. The driver backed up and an altercation began. Pilon allegedly struck the victim in the head and hand with a prunning blade from a saw. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Retail theft

Romona Bernard, 48, of Allentown, was cited for allegedly removing jewelry from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. 5:05 p.m. May 9. The total value of the jewelry was $97. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

An unknown person loaded a garbage bag with Polo clothing 2:11 p.m. May 14 from Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. When confronted by security, he jumped into a waiting car, dropped the bag of clothing and left. The clothing was valued at $3,143.

DUI

Tara White, 23, of Bethlehem allegedly drove into a house in the 1400 block of Susquehanna Street 3:34 a.m. May 11 and was cited for alleged careless driving and DUI. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Ravi Talwar, 19, of Breinigsville, was found to allegedly be in possession of alcohol after a vehicle stop on Halstead Street 11:30 p.m. May 18. Officers found the vehicle stopped in the middle of the road with the door open and vomit in the car and in the roadway. Talwar was found passed out in the vehicle and was taken to the emergency room.

Larry Merkle, 44, of Allentown, was found in his vehicle 2:57 p.m. May 19 which had gone into a tree and was halfway down an embankment in the 100 block of Chestnut Hill Road. Merkle was allegedly unbalanced exiting the vehicle and allegedly slurred his speech. He was taken to Central Booking.

Theft

A resident in the 900 block of Sour Apple Lane reported the theft of a driveway alarm sensor 8 p.m. May 11. The sensor is valued at $15.

Sheilly Alicea-Bermudez, 18, of Allentown was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property 10:27 a.m. May 12. Alicea-Bermudez allegedly removed an iPod touch from a hospital room. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Two bikes were removed from a home in the 100 block of Lehigh Avenue 6:55 p.m. May 16. One bike was a Mongoose bike valued at $125 and another was a skull bike valued at $80.

Karissa O'Quendo, 34, of Allentown, was charged with six counts of retail theft, six counts of receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct and driving under suspension 2:36 p.m. May 19 at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St. O'Quendo allegedly removed items from Bon-Ton and other stores in the South Mall. She was taken to Central Booking.

A resident in the 900 block of S. Hays Street reported 7:30 p.m. May 20, a van pulled up to the home and an unknown person removed a yellow Cub Cadet push mower from the lawn and drove away. The mower was valued at $350.

Julian Reed, 21, of Orefield, and Taylor Sargent, 21, of Schnecksville, are accused of allegedly removing multiple items from various stores at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown 4:33 p.m. May 21. Items valued at $48 were removed from Schuylkill Valley Sports, $54 from Foot Locker and $310.24 from Bon-Ton. Reed and Sargent were taken to Central Booking.

Theft from vehicle

A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 700 block of Gottwald Drive 3:15 p.m. May 12.

A navigation system was stolen from a 2012 Dodge Durango parked at Scott Mazda, 3209 Lehigh St. 11:55 p.m. May 13. The system is valued at $1,200.

Vandalism

A resident in the 1700 block of Piccadilly Circle reported a basement window broken 2:15 p.m. May 15. Nothing was removed from the home.

Burglary

A resident in the 900 block of E. Rock Road reported a burglary 6:19 p.m. May 17. An unknown person placed an extension ladder against the home and entered an open window to remove jewelry and coins sometime during the day when no one was home.

Attempted theft

An unknown person attempted to remove tires from a customer's vehicle parked at Knopf Automotive, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, 11:45 a.m. May 21.
