Alfred J. Brosius, 70, of Coplay, formerly of Mt. Carmel, died May 15, 2013, Quakertown Center.

He was the husband of the late Mary Theresa (Breslin) Brosius.

Born Sept. 21, 1942, in Ashland, Schuylkill County, he was the son of the late Malcolm T. Sr. and Miriam (Lane) Brosius.

Before becoming disabled, he was a licensed practical nurse at Allentown State Hospital.

His survivors include a daughter, Joan E. Brosius, at home; and brother Ted of Milford, Conn.
