Elementary string concert: On Tuesday, May 21 the Elementary String Concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, in the high school auditorium.

Graduation projects: Juniors will be presenting graduation projects Friday, May 24.

There will be no school for grades 9, 10 and 12 that day.

Schools closed: School will not be in session Monday, May 27, in honor of Memorial Day. Have a safe holiday with friends and family.

Golf tournament: The Northampton Konkrete Kids Educational Foundation has scheduled its fourth annual golf tournament for Monday, June 17, at Woodstone Country Club and Lodge in Danielsville.

The foundation is a 510(c)3 nonprofit, tax-exempt community organization whose goal is to support and finance innovative programs to enhance the quality of education for Northampton Area School District students.

Tax-deductible sponsorships of this event are available.

The tournament fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, hot dog lunch, beverages, snacks and a dinner buffet overlooking the golf course.

It will be a four-man scramble format with awards given for putting, hole in one, longest drive, closest to the pin and ball drop.
