False identification to police
Enrique Camargo-Gomez, 39, of Macungie, was charged by summons, for unsworn falsification to authorities, false identification to law enforcement authorities, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked (DUI related), and traffic-control signals. Police stopped a vehicle for an alleged traffic violation on Trexlertown Road at Hamilton Boulevard, Upper Macungie Township, 6:42 p.m. April 20. The driver claimed to have no ID and allegedly provided the investigating officer with a false name and date of birth. Further investigation revealed the alleged driver of the vehicle was Camargo-Gomez.
DUI
Mark Stahley, 51, of Alburtis, was placed under arrest for alleged suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Stahley was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 1:41 a.m. April 21 on State Route 222 at Grim Road.
Scott J. Slusser, 29, of Macungie, was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop 2:05 a.m. April 13 in the 6000 block of Hamilton Boulevard. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle alleged to be traveling 60 mph in a posted 40 mph speed zone. Slusser was the alleged driver of the vehicle and allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication.
