Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center, Luckenbill Road, next to Kutztown University is hosting its annual Glieder Fescht May 13. The community is welcome to attend.

Dr. William Woys Weaver, food historian and author of "As American as Shoofly Pie: The Foodlore and Fakelore of Pennsylvania Dutch Cuisine," will serve as the keynote speaker for the evening.

A book signing will follow the program. A delicious meal from salad to dessert will be served.

Doors open 5:30 p.m.
