Public drunkenness
Timothy Wenner, 32, of Emmaus, was arrested for public drunkenness 3 a.m. April 8 following an alleged disturbance at his residence.
Vandalism
Reported on South Keystone Street April 8, an unknown actor punctured a vehicle tire valued at $100.
Simple assault
Stephen Seip, 30, of Emmaus, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged domestic disturbance.
Burglary
Reported in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, the owner came home to find someone had entered the residence. Nothing was reported missing.
Theft of motor vehicle
Reported by Hendrick's and Son, 202 Main St., overnight April 16, an unknown actor stole a 2004 Ford F350 pickup truck valued at $24,000.
DUI
Joshua Lutte, 34, of Emmaus, was charged with alleged DUI after police were called to the 100 block of North Seventh Street to investigate an accident 1:30 a.m. April 23.
Disorderly conduct
Kelley Conner, 18, of Macungie, and Rebecca Meyers, 20, of Wescosville, were charged with disorderly conduct after they allegedly were found to be throwing eggs at cars from their vehicle 2 a.m. April 13 in the area of Franklin and Harrison streets.
Terroristic threats
An Emmaus High School male student, 16, was charged with terroristic threats March 20. The arrest was made on an alleged bomb threat incident which occurred at Emmaus High School March 12. The juvenile is in 10th grade.
Theft
A 17-year-old Emmaus High School student, said his wallet and cellphone were stolen from the fitness center April 22.
Theft from vehicle
The owner of a car in for service at Kelly Buick, 501 State Ave., reported the theft overnight April 4 of a car stereo and BB gun.
An unknown actor smashed a car window with a brick April 9 and stole a wallet from a vehicle parked overnight in the 500 block of East Main Street. The incident caused $850 damage to the vehicle.
