Dietrick Group adds four staff members
Dietrick Group Property Management, LLC (DGPM), a new Property Management firm in Allentown, has welcomed four new staff members in the last few months.
DGPM shares half its ownership with Dietrick Group, LLC, an Allentown-based commercial real estate firm, which specializes in commercial sales, leasing and appraisal.
Atty. Robert G. Vidoni will lead the Dietrick Group Property Management team and its operations as Principal and General Counsel.
Vidoni, a Moravian Academy alumnus and graduate of Colgate University and Brooklyn Law School, comes to DGPM from the law firm of Gross McGinley, LLP, where he was a corporate and real estate transactions attorney.
He serves on the boards of The Swain School, the Lehigh Valley Community Land Trust (a CACLV entity), Moravian Academy Alumni Association and AHEPA 60, Inc., a non-profit corporation that owns a 48-unit HUD-financed apartment building for the elderly and disabled in Allentown.
Richard D. Fletcher, the newly appointed Dietrick Group Property Management Director of Operations, brings more than 30 years experience managing commercial and multi-family properties in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley markets to the DGPM team.
He attended Florida A&M University, where he majored in political science and played defensive end for the FAMU Rattlers football team.
Elizabeth A. McNair, DGPM's new administrative assistant, will handle administrative services for the property management company, as well as internal and external bookkeeping.
McNair is a Whitehall native and attended NEC-KEE Business College, Virginia Beach, Va. After completing an accounting specialist program, McNair attended Lehigh Carbon Community College and pursued an Associate's Degree in Business Management-Human Resources Management.
McNair comes to DGPM from Plasterer Equipment-John Deere Dealer in Bethlehem, where she spent eight years as the Administrative Office Manager Assistant.
Shelley Lee will handle administrative tasks for the brokerage side of Dietrick Group.
Prior to working at Dietrick Group, she spent two years as Administrative Assistant to the Operations Manager at Clearview Global Wealth Advisors, Reading.
Lee graduated Cum Laude from DeSales University.
Her local affiliations include the Allentown Public Theatre and ArtsQuest Center, Bethlehem, where she performs in theater productions and comedy shows.
