Northampton wrestling will host a car wash 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at Miller Ace Hardware on Route 329 outside Northampton.

The event will help the wrestling team raise funds to compete in national duals in Virginia Beach.

Art show tonight: Northampton Area High School will host its art show featuring student work 6-8 p.m. tonight, Thursday, April 25.

Come out to see some outstanding student artist pieces on display.

Golf tournament: The Northampton Konkrete Kids Educational Foundation has scheduled its fourth annual golf tournament for Monday, June 17 at Woodstone Country Club and Lodge in Danielsville.

The Northampton Konkrete Kids Educational Foundation is a 510(c)3 nonprofit, tax-exempt community organization whose primary goal is to support and finance innovative programs that enhance the quality of education for Northampton Area School District students.

Tournament proceeds are used to promote, enhance and supplement the school district's educational and cocurricular programs. Tax-deductible sponsorships of this event are available.

The golf tournament will include 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, hot dog lunch, beverages, snacks and Woodstone's "Signature" dinner buffet overlooking the golf course.

It will be a four-man scramble format with awards given for putting, hole in one, longest drive, closest to the pin and ball drop.

PTA book fair time: Several book fairs are scheduled throughout the district.

Both Lehigh Elementary and the middle school book fairs will take place Monday-Friday, April 29-May 3.

The George Wolf Elementary fair is set for Tuesday-Friday, April 30-May 3.

Book fairs are open to students during the school day.

More information will be sent home with the students regarding the events.

Spring concerts: Lehigh Elementary's spring concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the school.

The high school and middle school spring concert is set for 7 p.m. Friday, May 3, in the high school auditorium.

Title I Spring Family Night is planned for 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, in the Northampton Area High School auditorium.

Title I is a reading program for students and their families. The event will feature many spring reading activities.
