DUI
Shawnquan Davis, 21, of Charlotte, N.C., was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 61, Upper Saucon Township, 1:16 p.m. March 26. Davis was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance. Terry Lewis, 22, of Charleston, W.Va., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with paraphernalia as a result of this traffic stop.
Antoine Johnson, 23, of Easton, was involved in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 78 at mile marker 56.7, Salisbury Township, 3:09 p.m. March 29. Johnson allegedly exhibited multiple signs of intoxication and was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest for an evaluation. Charges will be filed in district court.
Dylan Thomas, 20, of Pipersville, was arrested for DUI on North Hedgerow at Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:17 p.m. March 29. Thomas was stopped for a speeding and equipment violation and was allegedly under the influence of marijuana. Criminal charges are pending in district court.
Michele Carraghan, 41, of Emmaus, was arrested for DUI on Emmaus Avenue at 31st Street, Allentown, 1:31 a.m. March 30. Carraghan was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Corey Beitler, 43, of Emmaus, was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 westbound at Lehigh Street, Allentown, 2:45 a.m. March 30.
Transmission of sexually explicit images by a minor
A 12-year-old male allegedly took an explicit video of a 13-year-old female without her knowledge. The male then allegedly sent the video to other subjects via cellular phone. The incident occurred in Lower Macungie Township between 3 p.m. March 15 and 7 a.m. March 16. The investigation is ongoing.
A 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old female allegedly exchanged nude photographs of themselves at Emmaus High School, Emmaus, March 28.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor put several scratches in a vehicle parked in the 5700 block of Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 10 p.m. March 25 and 8 a.m. March 29.
An unknown actor damaged a lock while attempting to gain entry to CVS Pharmacy, 958 Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 9:36 p.m. March 29 and 7:45 a.m. March 30. The lock was damaged, but held.
An unknown actor punctured four tires and scratched the windshield of a vehicle on South 7th Street, Upper Milford Township, between 11 p.m. March 29 and 12:10 p.m. March 30.
Retail theft
A 17-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, allegedly stole two packs of cough medicine from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6 p.m. March 12.
Kelly Golen, 32, of Breinigsville, allegedly stole $85.03 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1 p.m. March 16. The incident is pending court proceedings.
Theresa Wampole, 49, of Perkiomenville, allegedly attempted to put a label from a lesser item on an HP computer at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 3 and 3:15 p.m. March 24. The investigation is ongoing.
Tiffany Martin, of Macungie, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5 p.m. March 27. Martin allegedly attempted to steal $45 worth of merchandise.
A 17-year-old male, of Alburtis, allegedly attempted to steal fishing hooks and lures from Walmart 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:25 p.m. March 29. The total value of the merchandise was $120.30.
Two unidentified males stole 18 iPhones from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3 p.m. March 30. The phones were valued at over $10,000.
Theft
An unknown actor stole two Dell OptiPlex 390 computers from the second floor of Day-Timers, 5800 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Feb. 24 and March 14.
A 22-year-old female is suspected of stealing a gold and diamond ring in the 2100 block of Four Seasons Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, between March 1 and 11.
An unknown actor stole two cases of beer from a garage in the 1700 block of Farmstead Lane, Lower Macungie Township, between 8 and 10:30 p.m. March 22.
Fraud
An unknown actor fraudulently spent $29.95 from a Macungie resident's checking account March 21.
Insurance fraud
Anthony Braun, 30, of Macungie, allegedly attempted to file a theft from a motor vehicle report before changing his story Feb. 18. The investigation is ongoing.
