PRESS PHOTOS BY MARK RECCEK This past school year, the Northampton Area High School's business, computers and technology department partnered with Jay Charlie, owner of Lehigh Valley Polish Water Ice, to create an authentic learning experience. Since October 2012, more than 150 students from Tara Mrazik's marketing class, Coy Stampone's entrepreneurship classes and Allison Fiorini's web design classes learned the skills necessary to develop a realistic promotional plan and corresponding four-page website.
