Allentown High School Class of 1943 will be having its 70th reunion on May 23 at Brookside Country Club, Macungie.

Socializing will be noon-1:15 p.m. when a meal of giant shrimp cocktail, choice of chicken or roast beef and peach melba dessert will be served.

Entertainment will be by a classmate dubbed "King of the Banjo" at the 1760 House, Trexlertown, and the former Village Inn.

Reservations are required by April 1.
