STATE POLICE
DUI
Levar Davis, 33, of Roselle, N.J., was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 westbound, Upper Saucon Township, 12:43 p.m. Feb. 26. Davis was stopped for a traffic violation and allegedly showed signs of impairment.
Gerald Bogan, of Macungie, was allegedly found to be driving under the influence on Lehigh Street at 29th Street, Allentown, 2:44 a.m. March 1. Bogan was stopped for having a headlight out and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a plastic bag containing suspected cocaine. Bogan was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center where a legal blood draw was obtained. Charges are pending.
Joshua Henritzy, 23, of Walnutport, was allegedly found to be driving under the influence on the State Route 222 bypass at Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:01 a.m. March 2. Henritzy was stopped for several traffic violations and allegedly exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. The accused was released per Rule 519. Charges are pending.
DUI crash
Kristen Reppert, 39, of Allentown, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after her vehicle allegedly hit a drainage ditch on Vera Cruz Road at German Road, Upper Milford Township, 5:12 a.m. March 8. Charges are pending.
Drug possession
Malcom Wilson, of Emmaus, was charged with drug possession on State Route 222 at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:24 a.m. Feb. 17. Wilson was stopped for speeding and was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana.
Sexual abuse of children
This incident occurred as a video was located online which contained the Macungie juvenile victim performing sexual acts 7 p.m. Feb. 20. This investigation is ongoing.
Terroristic threats
A 21-year-old male allegedly threatened to kill a Macungie resident in the 7000 block of Hillcrest drive, Lower Macungie Township, 10:55 p.m. Feb. 22. The accused then damaged two windows at the location.
Two unknown actors approached a Wescosville resident making threatening statements in the 1100 block of Pinegrove Circle, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 26. The investigation is ongoing.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor threw an object out of a vehicle on Interstate 78 westbound between Summit Lawn and Emmaus Avenue, Salisbury Township, Feb. 13. The object struck the passenger side door of another vehicle.
An unknown actor threw an unknown substance at the front window of a business in the 4800 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, between 6 p.m. March 1 and 9:30 a.m. March 2.
An unknown actor broke the passenger side window of a vehicle on North Hedgerow Drive at Barnside Court, Lower Macungie Township, between 1:30 and 10:30 a.m. March 3.
