DUI
Kevin Stumpp, 25, of Allentown, was arrested for DUI on Emmaus Avenue at 31st Street, Allentown, 11:19 p.m. Feb. 22. Stumpp was stopped for multiple equipment violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Richard Spencer Jr., 35, of Reading, was arrested for DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Interstate 78 eastbound at exit 55, Salisbury Township, 12:15 p.m. Feb. 24. Spencer was stopped for an equipment violation and was allegedly found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Drug possession
Marcus Dengler, of Macungie, was allegedly found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia in the 2700 block of Springhaven Place, Lower Macungie Township, 8:43 p.m. Feb. 23. Charges are pending.
Harassment
A 42-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly sent unwanted text messages to a Macungie resident 7:30 a.m. Feb. 18.
Two 17-year-old males, both of Macungie, allegedly groped a costume worn by an Allentown resident who was working at 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:06 p.m. Feb. 23. Charges are pending in District Court.
Theft
An unknown actor stole several items from a residence in the 2300 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, between noon Jan. 14 and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 29. The actor stole a 50-inch Sony television, a Panasonic laptop and two movie cameras with a total value of $2,300.
An unknown actor stole a license plate from a vehicle in the 4200 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, Feb. 21. The actor allegedly removed Pennsylvania registration YSZ 1534 from a white Ford F-150 work truck. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact state police.
An unknown actor stole 26 feet of copper down spouts from a residence in the 2200 block of Brunner Road, Upper Milford Township, 10 p.m. Feb. 23. The total value of the stolen items is $200.
Theft from a motor vehicle
An unknown actor stole money and gift cards from a vehicle in the 1400 block of Dayspring Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 9 p.m. Feb. 21 and 8 a.m. Feb. 22.
Access device fraud
An unknown actor opened a Verizon cell phone account in an Upper Milford Township resident's name 10:26 p.m. Feb. 22. This incident is under investigation.
Hit and run
An unknown actor struck the front driver's side of a vehicle on Interstate 78 eastbound at mile marker 59.9, Upper Saucon Township, 5:47 a.m. Feb. 24. The actor was driving a white tractor trailer and allegedly fled the scene after the incident.
