The Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association is searching for a speaker for their "Gun Rights" seminar 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 19.

National Rifle Association representative Suzanne Anglewicz will present at the program.

Local mayors and police chiefs are invited to attend so the public can find out where they stand on this issue.

CEPTA is searching for an opposing view to the NRA to create a more balanced program.
