Juvenile cited
for harassment
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 15-year-old male from Allentown allegedly was involved in a verbal argument in homeroom at Lehigh Learning Aand Adjustment Center, 1021 Independence Drive, Lowhill Township, 8:41 a.m. Feb. 15.
Police allege as a staff member was pulling a 16-year-old male from Allentown away from the 15-year-old male, he allegedly punched the other teen in the face once with a closed fist.
A non-traffic citation was filed on the juvenile on the same day, police say.
Rims, tires
stolen
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say tires and rims were stolen from Hunter Keystone Peterbilt, 9981 Old Route 22, Weisenberg Township, sometime between Feb. 22 and Feb. 24.
According to police, a lock was cut off the back gate door to the rear of the business while it was closed to gain entry.
Police allege once inside the fenced in area, the thieves jacked up four 2014 Peterbilt trucks and stole the chrome polished rims and Goodyear tires G572 11 R225 from each vehile totaling 40 tires and rims worth approximately $40, 000.
The trucks were left balanced on a foot long 4 by 4 post on each end of the axle, police say.
According to police, one truck slipped off the posts and was sitting on its frame.
Police allege the thieves also cut an opening into tthe fence were a large vehicle was backed up and loaded with the tires and rims.
They also allegedly unlatched the hoods and pushed them forward for better access to the front tires, police say.

Driver arrested
for DUI
Steven Lach, 24, of New Tripoli was stopped for several traffic violations on Windy Road, South of Claussville Road, Lowhill Township, 12:24 a.m. Feb. 17, say State Police Troop M Fogelsville.
Police allege Lach exhibited signs of intoxication and was subsequently arrested for the suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to police, Lach was transported to the Lehigh County Processing Center and released.
Vehicle overturns
in Weisenberg Twp.
James A. Larrison, 43, of New Ringgold, was driving a 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor sport utility vehicle when it lost control and hitting a guard rail on westbound Interstate 78, Weisenberg Township, 3:10 p.m. Feb. 2, say State Police Troop M Fogelsville.
According to police, the SUV was traveling in the right lane on I-78 when Larrison lost control of his vehicle causing it to go of the roadway.
It then hit the guard rail and bounced back onto the roadway, police say.
Police say the SUV then went off the roadway and hit the guard rail again.
The SUV went back onto the right lane and then traveled off the road again, say police.
It then traveled through the shrubbery off the roadside and hit a wire fence.
According to police, the SUV kept traveling through the fence and across Heffner Road.
It then kept traveling in a northerly direction onto a corn field adjacent to Heffner Road, police say.
Police say the SUV made a big u-turn in the corn field and began to travel in the southerly direction. It then went over an enbankment causing it to go airborn.
According to police, the vehicles front end began to descend first and then hit Heffner Road with its front end.
It then flipped over onto its roof top, where it came to a final rest across Heffner Road facing north causing disabling damage, police say.
Larrison was confined inside the SUV upside down and was unresponsive, say police.
Weisenberg Fire Department and Cetronia Ambulance EMS were able to remove Larrison, who was wearing his seat belt out of the SUV and transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, police say.
He injuries are unknown, say police.
The SUV was towed from the scene by Getz Towing.
A notice of the crash investigation was given to Larrison at the hospital and one was mailed to PennDOT and the owner of the corn field, police say.
Pa. Trooper Branosky and Cpl Tremba assisted at the scene.
