Northwestern senior guard Sara Jones was recently accepted into the US Naval Academy, where she will further her education and her basketball career.

Jones became the all-time leading scorer in program history during her final season in New Tripoli. She earned the Colonial League Most Valuable Player award this season.

A four-year varsity starter and the team's leading scorer all four years, Jones helped the team imrpve from three wins during her freshman season to 21 wins as a senior.

She was also an all league athlete in girls soccer and field hockey.
