Stalking
Flint Andrew Staton, 30, of Perkiomenville, was arrested for stalking his estranged wife Feb. 4. Police allegedly observed Staton follow the victim from her residence. Upon his arrest, he was found in possession of several knives, two stun guns and a loaded firearm. He was also wearing body armor. Staton was charged with persons not to possess firearms, firearms not to be carried without a license, prohibited and offensive weapons, possessing instruments of crime, stalking and harassment. He was also served with a warrant for allegedly following her in the early morning hours of Jan. 31.
Theft from a motor vehicle
An unknown actor entered a vehicle on Macungie Avenue, Emmaus, Feb. 6. The actor stole a Sony AM/FM/CD player from the dash of the car. The stereo was valued at $100.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor shot out the windows of eight vehicles parked at residences in the north end of Emmaus. Police said it is possible the actor used a bb gun. The vehicles were located on Frank Drive, Lawrence Drive, Little Lehigh Drive, Berger Street, Spruce Street and Pine Street.
