Harassment

Vincent Longo, 51, and Pattie Bowman, 47, were cited for harassment in the 4000 block of Miller Avenue, Upper Milford Township, 8:40 p.m. Feb. 2. Longo allegedly made threatening gestures with a spackling knife and Bowman allegedly struck Longo in the face with a cell phone.

An unknown actor sent threatening text messages to a Lower Macungie resident 6 p.m. Feb. 5.

Criminal mischief

An unknown actor cut several holes in a tire in the 6900 block of Tollgate Road, Upper Milford Township, between 6:30 p.m. Jan. 30 and 8:15 a.m. Jan. 31.

An unknown actor struck a mailbox with an unknown object on Carmel Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 2 p.m. Feb. 2 and 8 a.m. Feb. 3.

Burglary

An unknown actor forcibly gained entry to a residence in the 1500 block of Shasta Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 8:29 p.m. Feb. 5.

Access device fraud

An unknown actor used an Emmaus resident's credit card eight times between Oct. 16, 2012 and Nov. 22, 2012. The actor made $265.35 in fraudulent online purchases.

Retail theft

An unknown actor stole two DeWalt drills from Sears Hardware, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 9:32 a.m. Jan. 22. The actor removed the drills from their security packaging and left the store without paying for them.

Ella Salibi, 22, of Allentown, and Rose Cruz, 23, of Coplay, were charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:11 p.m. Jan. 23. Cruz and Salibi allegedly made a fraudulent return of a new television and obtained a Walmart gift card for the amount of the television. The accused were arrested approximately one mile from the store.

Despina Henao, 55, of Mertztown, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:57 p.m. Jan. 23. Henao allegedly stole $74.04 worth of merchandise from the store.

Anissa Bonilla, 18, of Allentown, and Benjamin Miller, 22, of Allentown, were cited for retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:30 p.m. Jan. 29. The accused allegedly paid for a DVD and attempted to steal $79.88 worth of merchandise.

An unknown actor stole a cast iron piggy bank from the Zionsville Antique Mall, 7567 Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, between 3:07 and 3:29 p.m. Jan. 29. The investigation is ongoing.

Zachary Stahl, 19, of Fogelsville, and James Pedone, 19, of Kutztown, were charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:05 p.m. Jan. 29. Stahl and Pedone allegedly attempted to conceal various items before leaving the store.

Jefferson Loor-Valet, 27, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:58 p.m. Jan. 30. Loor-Valet allegedly attempted to steal several items.

Brunilda Pena, 56, of Allentown, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:05 p.m. Feb. 1. Pena allegedly stole two sticks of Maybelline Super Stay lipstick, a Mio Fit drink, a jar of Garnier skin cream and a Quartz watch from the store.
