Weisenberg man
arrested for DUI
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say David Allen Humphries, 56, of Weisenberg Township, was arrested 12:28 a.m. Jan. 29 in the parking lot of 7850 Lime St., Upper Macungie Township for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police allege during the investigation into a prior domestic disturbance, at which time he allegedly shoved his wife twice during an argument 8:25 p.m. Jan. 28 at a Danner Road address, Weisenberg Township, he displayed multiple signs of impairment.
Charges will be filed against Humphries before District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township, upon receipt of blood test results.
A summary charge of harassment was filed against Humphries for the alleged domestic disturbance with his wife.

Lea L. Lucarelli, 19, of Fogelsville, was driving a 2000 Volkswagon Beetle eastbound on Holbens Valley Road, just east of Five Point Road, Weisenberg Township, at 4:15 p.m. on Jan. 26 when the car began to fish tail as she negotiated a right curve in the road.
According to State Police Troop M Fogels-ville, the car traveled across both lanes of travel before striking the guard rail on the west shoulder with its front.
The car then traveled back across both lanes where it came to a final uncontrolled rest, striking a small tree on the east shoulder with its rear.
Lucarelli, who was wearing her seat belt, was uninjured, police say.
She was charged with driving too fast for conditions.
Juvenile charged
with harassment
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 17-year-old boy from New Tripoli was charged with harassment at 10:52 a.m. Feb. 3 after he allegedly physically assaulted a 55-year-old man and 44-year-old woman during an argument in the 7100 block of Lentz Road, Lynn Township.

for unsafe speed
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Jeffrey B. Shadle, 52, of Norristown, was southbound on Route 309 in the area of Route 143 at 4:28 p.m. Feb. 2 in a 2000 Ford Ranger when the truck exited the right side of the road and struck a utility pole on Route 309, Lynn Township.
According to police, the truck rotated approximately 90 degrees clockwise before coming to a final rest on the shoulder of the road.
Shadle, who was wearing his seat belt, was transported by Northwestern Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
He was cited with driving at an unsafe speed, police say.
