Harassment incident

in Weisenberg

State Police Troop M Fogelsville report Steven Charles Rowe, 28, was allegedly involved in an argument at 12:20 p.m. Dec. 28, 2012 with a 54-year-old man in the 2800 block of New Smithville Road, Weisenberg Township. Police say the incident turned physical after Rowe allegedly pushed the man into a door.

Vehicle stolen

from Lynn home

Joann Margaret Costa told State Police Troop M Fogelsville her 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen sometime between 2-9 a.m. Jan. 19 from her home in the 8000 block of Kings Highway, Lynn Township. The Jeep is champagne in color, with plate number HWT8912.

According to police, there were numerous people at the home for a party before the vehicle was stolen. Costa told police the keys to the Jeep were removed from her home before the car was taken.

Driver charged

with DUI

State Police Troop M Fogelsville stopped Brandon Duane Rauch, 24, of New Tripoli, 1:02 a.m. on Jan. 19 while he was northbound in the area of Route 100 and Orchard Road, Lowhill Township.

According to police, the properly posted speed for Route 100 is 45 mph. Police allege Rauch was clocked at 65 mph. A traffic stop was conducted after his vehicle was allegedly observed leaving its lane of travel.

Police allege Rauch displayed signs of intoxication and was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking where a legal blood draw was conducted to determine BAC.

Copper wiring

reported stolen

State Police Troop M Bethlehem report approximately $500 of copper wiring was stolen between 8:35 p.m. Nov. 2 and Nov. 5 from several electrical boxes at Next Level Coach, Washington Township.

Thief crashes

through garage

Kevin Albert Gruber, 6400 block of Route 873, Washington Township, told State Police Troop M Bethlehem on Dec. 31, 2012, a vehicle was driven through his garage door.

Then the driver climbed underneath the damaged garage door to get into his home. A 5-gallon gas can, a Generac portable generator were taken and two laptops were stolen from a bedroom closet.

Access to the kitchen was made through an unlocked door in the garage. The total value of the items was $795.
