Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Beichey of Northampton announce the engagement of their son, Benjamin Ross Beichey, to Jennifer Colleen Murphy, daughter of Michael and Lorraine Murphy of Peabody, Mass.

The engagement took place in April 2012. in the Cayman Islands.

Ben graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial-organizational development psychology and a postgraduate degree in international business management from St. Mary's University College London, United Kingdom.

He is a senior risk advisor for PwC, New York City.

The bride-to-be graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree in international business and a postgraduate degree in international business management, also from St. Mary's University College.

She is a finance analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, New York City.

The two met in London while they were working and studying for their postgraduate degrees.

The wedding is planned for July 20, 2013, at Bedell Cellars, Cutchogue, N.Y.

They reside in Manhattan with their dog, Jacks.
