DUI

James Flaherty, 35, of Emmaus, was arrested for DUI on Cedar Crest Boulevard near Green Drive, Emmaus, after a minor traffic accident Dec. 28, 2012. Flaherty refused chemical testing and charges were filed.

Possession of a prohibited weapon

A 16-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, Emmaus, Dec. 27, 2012. The actor was allegedly in possession of metal knuckles.

Assault

Angel Cruz, 39, of Emmaus, was arrested for assault, harassment and resisting arrest after a domestic incident in the 100 block of Third Street, Emmaus, Dec. 24, 2012.
