East Penn School District will hold kindergarten registration for the 2013-2014 school year during the week of March 18.

In order to be enrolled in kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before Sept. 12. For complete kindergarten registration information, visit www.eastpennsd.org/kindergarten.

This year, the district will not mail kindergarten registration packets unless specifically requested. If you are unable to print or download the packet from the link, contact Wendy Crossley at 610-966-8321 to request a packet.

Your child will register at the building where he or she will attend kindergarten in the fall.

Registration at Willow Lane Elementary School will be March 18 at the school.

Registration for Wescosville Elementary School will be March 19 at the school.

Registration for Macungie Elementary School and Jefferson Elementary School will be March 20 at the respective schools.

Registration for Lincoln Elementary School and Shoemaker Elementary School will be March 21 at the respective schools.

Registration for Alburtis Elementary School will be March 22 at the school.

To verify your child's building assignment, refer to the Elementary School Assignments by Development for your building assignment. If you cannot locate your residence on this list, you may also contact Crossley at 610-966-8321 or Nina Evans at 484-519-3210 for assistance. The building assignment will be verified by the school district.

The kindergarten registration process takes approximately 90 minutes. They request you bring your child to registration. Several members of the school team, including teachers, guidance counselor and school nurse will be available to assist you. In addition, they will provide vision screening and speech and language screening for children.

Bring a completed registration packet, the child's birth certificate, a record of the child's immunization, two proofs of residency showing the child's legal parent or guardian resides in the district and valid parent or guardian photo identification.
