Juretus named to dean's list

Jacqueline Juretus, of Whitehall, has been named to the dean's list at the Savannah College of Art and Design for the 2012 fall semester.

Full-time undergraduate students who earn a GPA of 3.5 or above for the quarter receive recognition on the dean's list.

Vrabel graduates

Adam Matthew Vrabel of Whitehall received a bachelor's degree in math secondary education from Alvernia University during graduation ceremonies Dec. 16.

He studied at the university's main campus.

EAST STROUDSBURG UNIVERSITY

Eibach graduates

Angela R. Eibach, of Whitehall, recently received a B.S. in elementary education from East Stroudsburg University during the college's winter commencement exercise held Dec. 15 at Koehler Fieldhouse.

Friel graduates

Brian Carroll Friel graduated June 3 from LECOM - Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He will be completing a residency in internal medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

The son of Susan J. and James J. Friel of Whitehall is a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and the University of Pittsburgh.
