DUI

Bakeer Jones, 33, of Lebanon, was arrested for DUI and drug possession with intent to deliver on Interstate 78 westbound at exit 55, Salisbury Township, 1:29 a.m. Nov. 29. Jones was stopped for a suspended Pennsylvania registration violation and was allegedly found to be under the influence of marijuana and in possession of a large amount of the controlled substance.

Travis Miller, 24, of Hamburg, was arrested for DUI on Interstate 78 eastbound at the State Route 309 exit ramp, Upper Saucon Township, 3:44 a.m. Dec. 1. Miller was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Maribel Guerrero, 18, of Macungie, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at Lower Macungie Township Community Park, Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:52 p.m. Dec. 12. Guerrero was contacted for being stopped in the park's parking lot after hours and was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia.

Retail theft

Jacob Jackson, 19, of Wescosville, was cited for retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:05 p.m. Dec. 14. Jackson allegedly attempted to steal $40.95 worth of Magic playing cards.

Dalton Miller, of Coplay, and Kevin McDermott, of Fogelsville, were cited for retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:56 p.m. Dec. 15. The pair allegedly attempted to steal $135 worth of Yu-Gi-Oh! playing cards.

Theft

An unknown actor stole a 5-foot-10-inch sign from Tranquility Tree Farm, 5563 Acorn Drive, Upper Milford Township, between 5 p.m. Dec. 10 and 7 a.m. Dec. 11. The sign was located at the exit of the business and was green, shaped like a Christmas tree and had a Tranquility Tree Farm logo on it.

An unknown actor stole a purse from a residence in the 900 block of Treeline Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 8 p.m. Dec. 11 and 7 a.m. Dec. 12. The purse contained six credit cards and a cell phone.

An unknown actor stole four lawn mowers from a residence in the 1000 block of Village Round, Lower Macungie Township, between 3:30 and 4 p.m. Dec. 15. The actor was described as being between the ages of 20 and 30, with a scruffy beard, standing approximately 6 feet tall. He was driving a gray late model pickup truck with a cap, possibly a Ford Ranger.

Identity theft

An unknown actor attempted to open a credit card in a Lower Macungie Township resident's name 1 p.m. Nov. 25. The actor then attempted to use the card to make online purchases.
