DUI
Michael Parham, 51, of Allentown, was arrested for DUI on State Route 222 northbound in the area of Interstate 78, Lower Macungie Township, 2:31 a.m. Nov. 21. Parham allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .10 percent at the time of the stop.
Thomas Winters, 55, of Wescosville, was arrested for DUI on Hamilton Boulevard at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:47 a.m. Dec. 8. Winters was stopped for a summary traffic violation and was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor spray painted "KKK" on a garage door in the 2800 block of Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 10:30 p.m. Dec. 6 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 7.
An unknown actor put chewing gum on a window screen in the 6700 block of Lower Macungie Road, Dec. 7.
An unknown actor damaged a mailbox in the 1600 block of Red Oak Lane, Lower Macungie Township, between 6 p.m. Dec. 8 and 6 a.m. Dec. 9.
An unknown actor did damage to a property in the 5400 block of East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 5:50 and 6:15 p.m. Dec. 10. The actor ripped out plants and stacked them in a pile on the front and back porch, blocked the back door by stacking patio furniture against the home, tied a rope around the front porch, threw wire tomato fencing across the lawn and folded the rain gutters against the house. The actor was seen on video riding his bicycle toward East Texas Road.
Burglary
An unknown actor forced entry into the Wlazelek Auction House, 2571 Route 100, Macungie, between 1 and 6:40 a.m. Dec. 7. The actor stole several items from the building.
Theft
An unknown actor stole a wallet from a shopping cart at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 9:30 and 10:58 p.m. Nov. 22. The black leather wallet contained various credit cards and $200 in cash.
An unknown actor attempted to use a fraudulent credit card to purchase two cartons of Newport 100 cigarettes and a pack of Orbitz gum at the Hess Service Station, 4002 Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, Dec. 8. The items had a total value of $121.84.
Theft of a motor vehicle
An unknown actor stole a MAC trailer from the 1700 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, in September. The trailer was owned by DJM Transport, of Kearny, N.J., and was bearing N.J. registration TJT71R.
PFA violation
Amber Dollak, 31, of Macungie, was arrested for a PFA violation in the 1500 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:45 p.m. Dec. 10. Dollak knew there was an active PFA order against her but allegedly attempted to reconcile with her husband who called police when she would not leave the residence.
